Looks lovely but unfortunately does not work well! Wick fell out of the first one I tried and despite using dry wood and tinder, it wouldn’t start my fire.
Thank you for your feedback. The wick should certainly not fall out, so it sounds like you may have received a defective fire starter.
We've reached out to you directly on email, and we've sent you a complimentary replacement box.
Absolutely love them there is no chemical smell and it does not affect your meat flavour when braaing . They are so easy to use and you don’t need kindling. Hubby loves them.
Love the fire starters. Such a unique and pretty product
These are so pretty and functional.
These fire starters are really cute and the colours of the flowers are so vibrant!
Makes for a perfect gift!
I Love them!
We are going to use them as our guest favors for our wedding.
The only thing I would recommend is to firmly package them before sending further then Cape Town, some of them fell around in the box and lost a few flowers but nothing that I couldn't fix myself. out of the 7 boxes that I orders only 1 box I had to fix myself. Thank you for the great product!
Hi Clarissa. So sorry that one of the boxes was a bit jumbled. We never know how the couriers will handle the boxes, so we really try to package with as little movement as possible. Thank you for the lovely review. Enjoy the wedding :).
Gave them as house gifts over the festive season
Friendly service, fast delivery and great firestarters
Got these as a gift. So impressed. My husband (the braai master) gave them 10/10 and he was sceptical at first. Will get again!
Cute little blocks of natural wood filled with wax and the most gorgeous dried veld flowers and greenery. 3 rows of different decorations in each box. Almost to beautiful to burn
they are beautiful and effective. gave some as a gift.
Such a beautifully presented product. Have to say I am rather glad to be giving it as a gift as they are so beautiful, I probably would use them to decorate the fireplace rather than use them!
They are gorgeous to look at and work very well - better than 'normal' fire starters.
bought those as eco friendly gifts for xmas. Was a success! everyobody loves it and asked me where to get more.
I love this for taking out in the bush or a picnic! And to keep the mozzies away.
The product, and efficient delivery
Beautifully made!
Used these as gifts! They are incredible, unique & a great conversation starter too:) will definitely be buying more!!!
I want to write a proper essay however i will sum it all up in one sentence ”i had an effortless experience with Evolve Biodegradable” thank you for your products and the effort in packaging. I felt a genuine relief doing business with you.
